Hello! We're Mark and Jess with Charting Chandlers. Thanks for pausing your scroll to get to know us!

Mark became a certified travel advisor because of our love for traveling, that and he geeks out researching trips. Jess does as well, although she mainly supports the socials and administrative. We both train tirelessly together to learn everything we can about the industry and travel partners! We began this adventure as it was a great way to earn commission on our own travels and to help family and friends.

We specialize in cruising, although we have trained and booked other vacation types. Our first cruise was for our honeymoon 20 years ago, and we aren't about to stop anytime soon!.

Do you ever wonder how it all works?

Behind the scenes, we partner with a fantastic host agency and pay monthly fees to maintain the professional credentials required to plan and book travel. We also invest in ongoing training, ship tours, supplier relationships, and maintain individual certifications to offer firsthand experience and knowledge.

We are only paid a percentage of the commissionable fares AFTER you travel, from the supplier we've booked you with.

Fun fact: Some suppliers don't pay commissions at all. (I'm looking at you, airlines)

That's it, we don't earn any other way or charge our own fees.
